Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel

I really enjoyed the 60-minute relaxation massage and shirodhara at the hotel spa. Geeta ji was attentive, lovely, and very professional, and the treatment left me feeling relaxed. The staff were welcoming, especially Shibu ji. The hotel has clean rooms, great food, and stunning ocean views right by the sea. I'd happily visit this beautiful property again, and would recommend the spa to hotel guests who want to unwind.

What stood out most at UDS was how well the team looked after us. Shibu, Filly, Rejini, and Sajilal were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made us feel comfortable and valued, and every detail seemed to be taken care of. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome, and that feeling lasted through the whole stay. UDS sets a high standard for hospitality, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service. I'm looking forward to coming back.

My parents were left waiting for 1HOUR while staff checked whether dinner was included, which was embarrassing and frustrating during my mother's 60th birthday celebration. The stay had been fully paid in advance, and the booking clearly included breakfast and dinner. Even after my parents showed the confirmation on their phone, staff seemed unaware of the reservation details and kept questioning the dinner inclusion. What should have been a joyful family occasion became uncomfortable because of poor coordination and a lack of professionalism. The property itself may be good, but the hospitality fell far below expectations. For the premium rates and amount paid, the experience wasn't worth the money. I'm deeply disappointed and would think twice before booking here again or recommending it. I expected much better service and attention to guests.

We especially enjoyed the clean, well-kept pool and playing table tennis in the activity zone. The room had a breathtaking view, and the peaceful seaside setting made our stay relaxing. The food had lots of variety and tasted great. Malvika, Shibu, Sabitha, and Hari made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. We came from Ahmedabad and had a wonderful time at Uday Samudra, Kovalam. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway!
