Casino Hotel By Treebo

We arrived late at night with family during Christmas vacation 2025, and check-in at Treebo Casino went very smoothly. There’s ample parking, and the property is in a prime area of Kozhikode/Calicut city, close to good restaurants and the main beach. After a long drive, the comfort was just what we needed. Both of our rooms were spacious, clean, nicely designed, well-lit, and comfortable, with air conditioning and modern amenities including a remote-operated fan. The bathrooms were large, with clean shower areas and fresh linens. Breakfast at 8 a.m. the next morning was delightful: hot Idiyappam, Appam (soft dosa), Poori with curry, plus continental choices, fruit, and tea or coffee. Staff were polite, professional, and attentive. The service and hospitality made our short stay memorable. I highly recommend it for business or family travel.

Calicut beach is an easy walk away, and the location is very accessible with plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a great place to stay when visiting Calicut. The property is in a great spot, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is free, and room service is great.

I had no complaints, and everything was almost perfect. The hotel is near the train station and beach, with some nice restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. The hot water was very hot and the water pressure was too high. The AC was a little weak, but the fan was strong. All the employees were very nice and professional.

The breakfast was good, and the room itself was decent. Still, as non-smokers we were put in a room that reeked of smoke and liquor, and the toilet smelled bad too. Service was okay, but the manager and receptionist didn't make us feel welcome and came across as inexperienced. My friends and I stayed at Treebo Casino, Kozhikode, and it was a pretty average visit, more like a 2- or 3-star stay.
