Hotel Beverly Plaza Kozhikode

The room had no windows and felt really stuffy. The Wi-Fi was poor, and on top of that they charged 300 rs just for a guest to visit for a couple of hours. The bedding was dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. When we asked for fresh sheets, they brought ones with even worse stains, then changed them again after we complained. Those still looked dirty, so we ended up buying our own bedsheets and pillow covers to put over them.

The one thing going for this hotel is how close it is to SM street. Inside, though, the double room smelled dusty and foul, the wall paint was peeling, and the air felt so bad that my companion with asthma became very suffocated. The AC ran but did not cool the room, making things even less comfortable. We asked at reception several times to move rooms, but they offered no solution. A very disappointing stay.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was convenient and easy to find. But the staff weren't attentive or responsive, which made the stay less comfortable. The room's charging port also didn't work. I appreciated the cleanliness and location, but the service and maintenance need a lot of improvement.

The blanket and mattress looked used and were dirty, and the room itself wasn't clean. There was no hot water, and the bathroom seemed unsafe. Very disappointing stay and totally dissatisfied.
