The breakfast was the worst spread I’ve seen in Calicut, even though it was included. We paid around 1800 for an old building that seemed poorly maintained. We’d planned to stay five days, but the room and service had us fed up on day one. First we got room 516, where the damaged door lock was hard to open, so we asked to move. The next room had water all over the floor from a faulty AC, and only the third room worked out. The following day we noticed there was no paste or brush, and no extra towel despite there being two of us.

Bad smell and poor value for money. There was no towel, geyser, or blanket, and the receptionist insisted that non-AC rooms don’t come with a geyser. They also showed no concern for the online booking.

The only real drawback is parking. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff and service were good. The location is especially handy, with the railway station, bus stand, and market all reachable in very little time.

In Calicut, this hotel works well for a business class meeting.

The rooms are really bad and unclean. Bathrooms are in very poor shape, and the taps are stuck. Feels like a low-budget room.
