The AC never worked, despite multiple complaints, and the wall fan was broken too. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained for such an overpriced place. There was no hot water; staff said it was available only at set hours, then offered a bucket from another room. Mosquitoes kept us up all night. If you’re after a miserable, sleepless night with mosquito music, maybe you’d like it. This place is a joke, avoid it.

A good, standard hotel in the Palayam area, with a good room and service. There’s no food available at the hotel, but outside food is allowed.

The facilities were poor for the price, and it wasn’t worth the money. The AC didn’t work, the fan was broken, there was no hot water, and mosquitoes were around all night. Staff weren’t helpful. Avoid.

There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, and although an electric kettle was provided, there were no tea or coffee sachets. Still, it’s not bad for a quick one-day stay. It’s close to the railway station.

The room felt far too expensive for what it offered. The staff weren’t good either, and the room itself was really poor. I wouldn’t choose this hotel.
