The rooms are cramped, parking is limited, and there’s no attached restaurant, so the menu is very restricted. The hotel is on MM Ali road next to Hotel Alakapuri. The staff and management were rude and acted in a way that doesn’t belong in a hospitality business. They demanded extra payment after I’d already paid in full through oyo, and waited until checkout, when there was little time to resolve it. They also refused to give me a receipt and were determined to be rude. When I called later to ask for one, they hung up after muttering a curse. This property is a shame for 'OYO', which is usually helpful to cost conscious travellers looking for reasonable comfort and convenience. The whole stay was horrible, and I’d rather forget it.

We stayed for two days, my colleague and I. Before going out, we left the keys at reception and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned, it hadn’t been touched. We were exhausted and had to call reception three times, then wait half an hour for housekeeping to arrive. The smell made the situation even more pathetic, and we had to near for half an hour.

The breakfast was the same every day, and service was very slow. There was also a water supply problem in the bathroom. The hotel is just okay overall. Deluxe rooms are decent, but the Classic rooms are too cramped to spend even one night in.

The room was really nice, though the entrance and parking area are very small. A random Hindi speaking guy answered when I called the restaurant. Apart from that, it’s a good place.

I arrived at 1 am and only needed a room until morning. I’d booked online and already paid 1650 INR, but they wanted another 400 INR, even though they had a room available and I was staying only part of the day. I had to book somewhere else at that hour. The staff weren’t very helpful either.
