Twinn Waves Rooms is around 400 meters from Kozhikode Beach, and the location is great. Our room was clean, had good AC, and came with a nice balcony. The TV and WiFi didn't work properly, though, and there wasn't even a basic place to hang clothes. A decent stay for the location and comfort, but those gaps could be fixed.

We could walk to the beach, which was great. The reception staff had a nice way with customers, especially sreerish, who helped us a lot. It seems suitable for couples, and we'd visit again.

For a budget trip, this is a good choice. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the service is nice.

The one advantage is the location near the beach. The room cost only 1500, but basic things were missing. I'd booked after seeing pictures of clean rooms, yet the bedsheets were dark and stinky, and the bathrooms are tiny. It might be okay if you're on a low budget, and seems more suitable for bachelors than families. Not a great hotel.
