The room service was remarkable, but the rooms and atmosphere were really poor. The hut rooms were an especially bad experience during the rainy season. There are lots of insects and spiders around the property, and the food was also disappointing. There’s no restaurant on-site, and the food from the restaurant they’re tied up with was poor too.

The rooms were tiny and badly cleaned, including the blankets and curtains, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. Breakfast was poor too. Several people in my family had digestion problems and became so unwell that they vomited all the way home. It was the worst stay I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 😡👎

Fine for a bachelor stay, but the suite bathroom has no exhaust fan. That’s a drawback.

The pool seemed okay, though we couldn’t tell whether it was cleaned properly. Service was all right, and they tried to respond to our concerns, but there wasn’t much they could do. We stayed in a ground-floor room, and it wasn’t good. Black mold was everywhere, on the sheets and quilt, in the bathroom and cupboard. At night there were so many bats on the terrace, where they serve food too. It felt scary.

The room was okay, but we got a surprise at dinner. At check-in, we asked about free delivery from outside and were told it was available. When we ordered in the evening, they asked us to pay an extra 250 for delivery.
