We cancelled and didn’t check in after seeing the property. I’d booked it in Pondicherry for one day, but it was in a far out, jungle like area that didn’t match what we’d seen online. Only one person seemed to be handling the whole place, including room service, and there wasn’t proper room service available. They’d advertised complimentary breakfast, but there was no dining area or restaurant setup. The reception and shared spaces were poorly maintained and unhygienic. For the high price, the facilities and service weren’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this, especially for families. Very disappointing experience. Vijay and Selva were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and their hospitality made us feel comfortable. Mr. Shanmugam is my brother’s friend, and he made sure everything was arranged perfectly. The spotless, well maintained villa had a peaceful feel, and the private pool and outdoor space were just right for relaxing with family. We loved our stay at Escapein and would choose it again for a future getaway.

We were treated kindly as senior citizens, and I’m grateful for that. Thank you, Mr Shanmugam, for looking after the property and training the staff so well. Selva, S K Shanta, Vijay, Rajkumar, and Devi Akka were dedicated and always available when called. Their service touched and inspired us and made the stay unforgettable. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms clean, and the furniture comfortable. We also loved the beautiful swimming pool, the welcoming dining area, and the barbecue setup. We’d love to return and will recommend it to our friends. God bless you all.
