I stayed here on a school trip, and it went well. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the washrooms hygienic. Staff were cooperative and treated our group politely. A good option for students.

We'd stayed here before and had a pretty good time, so we came back. This time nobody answered our calls, and even knocking on the main door got no response.

The room didn't even have a kettle or tea bags, and there was no soap, toothpaste, or the other things usually provided with room service. We still paid the full amount. The rooms weren't clean, basic amenities were missing, and there was no lift. When we raised it, staff basically said to stay if we wanted or leave. I moved to city choice instead, which had better facilities for the same price.

The rooms are nice, and everything was very good. I hope Diamond Vaishali becomes a five-star hotel someday.

The atmosphere could use some work. Also, the solar-powered setup doesn't provide reliable hot water in winter.
