The room had a dirty, stinking washroom and the AC was old and barely working. When I raised the problems, the staff were rude, and they still charged the full night tariff for 10.30 pm to 8 in the morning. I checked out because of the issues. They first put me in a room that cost 1300 at Imperial, then offered another building that cost 2k, so I moved. Don't pay upfront until you're satisfied with the room. Try another nearby place or find a room where you feel comfortable resting.

We booked three AC rooms through booking.com, and had messaged several times to let them know when we'd arrive. Still, the rooms weren't ready when we got there. The online pictures made them look newer and nicer. Our rooms were in another building across the road, and I couldn't cancel because of the booking. The rooms were in bad shape. We had to ask for towels, there were lots of mosquitoes, and they gave us insect repellent. One TV didn't work, one AC wouldn't hold its temperature so we had to turn it off, and a sink tap in another room wouldn't shut off. The hot water stopped while I was bathing. There was a cockroach, holes in the curtains, a toilet door rotten about six inches from the bottom, and a damaged door in the third room.

It's on the main road, which is convenient, and you can get coffee, though there aren't other food options. The rooms were cramped and only average. Cleanliness was nil: hair was scattered around the room and on the bedspreads. We weren't given towels, and there was no kettle. For the price of double and triple rooms, the quality is below par. If you're looking for a low-budget hotel, you could book here, though the price is actually high for what you get.

A decent economical stay, with good customer service, hot water for bathing, and drinking water and coffee available. The room was good, but the toilet facilities need improvement.
