Tiger Valley Luxury Resort Kumbhalgarh Hotel

The location is a real highlight, close to Kumbhalgarh Fort and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The rooms are comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained, and the food is delicious and well prepared. Staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Special thanks to the back-office team, especially Varsha, for prompt support and efficient coordination. Tiger Valley Resort, Kumbhalgarh offers a relaxing, memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The restaurant service was attentive, and the food was fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of options at a great value. Tiger velly was perfectly located for exploring the kumbhalgarh. My stay was spectacular, and I’ll definitely return on my next visit. From arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the clean, spacious room had lots of light. Blackout curtains meant we could sleep undisturbed. Highly recommended!

The guard outside the gate was the one person who really helped, guiding customers as they parked and left. The stay itself was a letdown. We paid 7k INR for one night in a Super Deluxe AC Room during Diwali, for four adults and two kids, and the room felt too small for that price. My cousin got a similar-sized room at the same property for 3.5k. The washrooms smelled bad, and the room-service phone didn't work. We were given a jug of ordinary water, around 3-5 liters, that smelled awful, with no mineral water bottles. We added two mattresses for comfort, but had to go down from the fourth floor to reception four times before anyone arranged them. There were no lounge chairs by the pool, either. The restaurant had a buffet only for guests who had booked dinner with their room. A menu was left in each room for room service, but there weren't enough kitchen staff to handle more orders. During the busy dinner period, they couldn't make anything extra for guests arriving to eat in or ordering to the room. The photos make this place look better than it is. I wouldn't recommend booking here. Don't call it a resort, it doesn't come close to even a small hotel.

The atmosphere at Tiger valley resort was quiet and natural, and the swimming pool area was kept clean. Our room was clean too, with good hygiene maintained, and the staff were cooperative. Very beautiful place. Overall, excellent.
