We weren't told in advance when our pre booking was cancelled or closed. The reception staff handled our questions poorly, and the whole thing felt disrespectful of our time and very unprofessional. I regret choosing this place and wouldn't recommend it.

The room facilities were average, and the manager's service and attitude were very bad.

Periyar, kerala is right in the market area, with shops nearby where you can get reasonably priced spices and banana chips. The rooms were decent and clean, with both hot and cold water. There is no lift. RECOMMENDED.

Our room looked spacious, clean, and quite nice, but the cupboard was dirty and couldn't be used. Power went out twice for a while during our one night there. Service was prompt, though not especially pleasant. It felt like there's plenty of room for improvement.

I was here for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and felt safe, and hot water was available. Shops are very close, but that also means the area is crowded. They don't serve food, and there's no outdoor space beyond the rooms, just a complex. Wife will not reach till rooms.
