Greenwoods Resort

Jayshree and Aneesha deserve a special mention for their care, professionalism, and attention to detail, along with the lovely restaurant team. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The recreational facilities were excellent, and the food was consistently high quality with plenty to choose from. We had a really lovely stay at Greenwood’s. I’d recommend it and would love to return.

The food was a real treat, especially the butter chicken, which I think anyone from North India would love. Every meal was delicious, and the staff made us feel at home with their warmth, smiles, and thoughtful service. Greenwoods Resort was stunning, and the stay was out of the world. The two staff members whose pictures I’m attaching made such a strong impression, though I forgot their names. The care and hospitality we experienced were beyond what I expected, and the memories will stay with us. I might see more beautiful places in the future, but I’d plan another trip just to spend at least a week here. Thank you for such sweet, unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

We came for two nights with our two kids. The resort is easy to find on the main road, with a basic market street just outside for shopping. Even beside the road, it felt quiet, with lots of space, tall trees, greenery, and modern amenities. The grounds were very well kept, and we spotted jackfruit, rudraksh, black pepper, betel nuts, nutmeg, and plenty more. Everyone enjoyed the origami classes, cooking demo, cultural dance, and informative Thekkady video. The high tea on the open ground was lovely in the cool evening weather, and the zip lining and high rope activities were well operated. The staff were polite and informative, especially Mr.Abin and Ms.Jency, and check-in and checkout were smooth. The authentic Kerala food was delicious. Our spacious, clean room had all the necessary amenities, though the lighting felt a little low and the room could seem dark when it was cloudy. Great value for a family stay.

The people at Kondody hotels made this one of my best stays. Mr Abin kept our kid and us engaged with a smile throughout the trip, while Mr Remo from zipline, Ms Aneesha from reception, and the other receptionists were patient and kind. For our anniversary, the manager and chefs made us a beautiful cake that made the day special. The restaurant staff and dancers were great too. Amazing service, thank you!
