The staff were courteous and very helpful, and the food was amazing. Just keep in mind that the kitchen closes at 9:30 pm, so order early if you're staying at the resort. I found the experience soothing and calm. I'd choose one of the regular cottages over the wooden huts, which felt less cozy and had a less appealing setting than the hill view cottages. The lighting in the wooden cottage was too dim, the rooms could use some maintenance, and the doors were really noisy when opening or closing.

We had a relaxing stay, with spacious, clean rooms that were thoughtfully designed. The lush setting and well-kept property added to the peaceful feel. Staff were warm, courteous, and ready to help, and the food had a delicious range of options. The pool and common areas were well maintained too. A lovely getaway for families or couples.

The setting is marvelous, right in nature, and the staff were polite and quite helpful. The food and hospitality were awesome, but the upkeep let the stay down. The rooms and amenities, including the pool, need renovation, and the property's below-par condition made it feel like we hadn't got our money's worth. I paid 16.5k per night and expected much better maintenance. For me, it's a 3.5. If serenity is what you want, though, it's a lovely spot.

The Ayurvedic massage was a real highlight, outstanding, and I feel better than ever. We also loved the pool and the beautiful scenery. Service was excellent, and breakfast was awesome, with a great variety. A very relaxing getaway, highly recommended.

The slow pace of life here, the best pancakes in the world, and the comfortable service are things we'll remember. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome. Girish deserves a special thanks for going out of his way with our 'unusual' food preferences, never making us feel awkward and actually pampering us more. We'll recommend this place to anyone asking where to go in Kerala!
