The rooms and facilities were good, but the way they handled a problem was awful. I left my hair dryer in the room and called to ask if it was there. They never called back, and I still haven't heard anything, not even to say they couldn't find it. I tried reaching the manager too, but couldn't get through. After years of travelling, this was the worst behavior I've experienced from a hotel. There was no sense of responsibility or discipline. I had a really bad experience, and I wouldn't book a room here.

The lack of hot water was disappointing, and breakfast only came after 9 AM, which doesn't work well if you have an early start. We stayed at Harisree Residency recently, and the rooms were clean, good, and well looked after, so the stay itself was comfortable. Breakfast was part of the package. It was a decent visit, though those things could be better.

The room service was satisfactory, but the room felt old and parts of it weren't maintained well, so ₹2500 didn't feel justified. We had gone to the hotel hoping for an hourly stay, only to find they offer full-day rates. Staff mentioned that fewer people are choosing to stay there. Sambranikodi Island and Manrou Thuruth are nearby for anyone wanting to explore. The service was good, but the room condition and inflexible rates let us down.

The restaurant was great, and we liked every dish we tried. They even arranged special dishes for us when we asked. I was a bit unsure about the hotel when I first arrived, but after settling in, I had an amazing stay. The staff were world class, ready to get you what you wanted any time, day or night, and always with a smile. I'd definitely stay again.
