I lost six hours waiting for the power to return, then had to leave in the middle of my stay and move to another hotel. The management’s response made it worse. I had a competitive exam the next day and needed time to prepare, but staff kept assuring me the electricity would be back in 30 minutes, throughout the full six hours. It was a nightmare.
I only stayed for 12 hours and still felt it was a huge mistake choosing this place. The washroom was dirty, and there was no bedside light, so we had to sleep with all the bulbs on. The service was careless and pathetic, and nobody seemed concerned about what we needed. It was a waste of money. Please don’t stay here.
A horrible stay. The fan had no switch, so it ran at full speed the whole time, and the bathroom door had no latch. To start with, the pillow sheets had already been used.
The room was tiny and very dirty, with no cleanliness at all. There were no lights in the washroom, no bathroom heater, and the water wasn’t coming properly. I think this is the worst room in Kurnool.
Helpful staff and a clean room overall, though I did spot some ants. There’s a lift, and water is available outside the room. The hotel doesn’t serve food. Noise wasn’t an issue. A good place to stay overall.
