The Kaizer Valley Hotel

The food quality is easily the best, and I like that they prepare it fresh when ordered instead of serving food cooked in advance. The prices are quite expensive, though. They should be brought down to a more reasonable, moderate level so people can enjoy a meal here.

The Kaizer Valley Hotel has a cozy feel that suits a short getaway in Kurseong. I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and the food left a lasting impression with its variety of flavors. Highly recommended for a visit to Kurseong.

The night view from the hotel window was amazing, and you can see the toytrain since its line runs right in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful. One of the best hotels in Kurseong.

On my first visit, I liked how quiet and clean the hotel was. It's a little outside town, which makes it peaceful and quaint, and the hill view from the window makes up for the restaurant's restricted hours and limited menu. The amenities aren't at a four- or five-star level, but they suit what the hotel charges. I'd planned to return, but my second visit was disappointing. I arrived late and got very little cooperation from the staff. The person on the phone threatened to refuse me entry if I came after 10pm and blamed me for not taking a private taxi. Management needs to pay more attention to staff behavior.
