The hosts were warm and helpful the whole time, and the peaceful location made the trip really enjoyable. Everything was clean, well kept, and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

The room was only average, and the dirty bedsheets and towels made it feel unhygienic. We also couldn't get hot water, even after calling the staff several times. Soap, a bucket, face towels, and bottled water weren't provided unless we asked repeatedly, and even then the staff were slow and discourteous. I stayed at Coorg Residency in Kushal Nagar yesterday, and the rude, unprofessional service made the whole experience frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, hospitable stay.

We booked three rooms for one night, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The location is convenient for the palace and a few other attractions, and food was great, with nearby restaurants and delivery options giving plenty of choice. I was impressed with the room quality and would visit again. It would be better if vehicles could be parked inside under CCTV surveillance.

Sachin was especially helpful, even getting us kitchen items and some groceries when we were out late. He treated us warmly and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The place was neat and clean, quiet enough for a peaceful sleep, and felt like a second home. I'd recommend staying here.
