The lodge is above the wine shop, which you can see by zooming in on the Google photos. It may not suit families, though it could work for bachelors. Hot water for bathing isn't available until after 8:30 am, when you can get warm water. The owner is very strict and adamant about asking for an advance payment if you've booked two days.

The room was clean and the bathroom was okay, and room service was good. They didn't provide a towel, which was disappointing. The rooms and bathrooms feel old fashioned, and noise from nearby rooms and the passage carries clearly. For the price I booked at, it was a comfortable one night stay near coorg madikeri.

We booked four rooms but were given only three, and the staff weren't cooperative. The rooms smelled, were untidy, and had uncomfortable beds, so staying there was difficult. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited 😔. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your trip, even in the worst circumstances.

The parking area is small, and once more than four cars are there, you need to move yours. We booked for three family members, but were told an extra bed would cost more. They also demand full payment at check-in and charged extra over the weekend. After that, they didn't bother with issues like the faulty flush or bathroom bulb. Not worth the money.
