Treebo Sans Sarav Kushalnagar

The lack of in-room dining was inconvenient. They said we could get food delivered from outside, but we had to go to the terrace, where breakfast is served, to eat it. I also found the parking claims misleading. They advertise spacious parking, but the space can fit at most two cars parked one behind the other, and there are vehicles parked there along with the Dominos Pizza below. The breakfast menu was the same every day, with only three basic options: Idly, Rice, and Bread jam. The hotel is listed as 3 star on the Treebo app, but the standards didn't match that. There are only three staff members for the whole hotel and no dedicated housekeeping staff. The bathroom was very dirty, with rusted fittings and hangers, hard white water marks on the walls, and grime in every corner. Toiletries were limited to shower gel and handwash in dirty containers that appeared to be refilled. No shampoo or dental kit was provided. The bedsheets and pillow covers were pale white and didn't seem properly washed. I was also given a torn sheet, and there were insects in the room, suggesting pest control wasn't adequate. The photos on Treebo's site and Google don't reflect how the hotel is now. After my stay I contacted Treebo support with genuine complaints, photos, and videos. They said their investigation found everything fine, but wouldn't share the photos and videos from their investigation, saying they didn't have approval. That makes me doubt their response and suspect Treebo is colluding with the hotel to provide substandard service while charging high prices. I've attached my booking screenshot in case they claim I never stayed there, along with photos and videos of the issues.

Parking was another problem. There was no security guard, and we were told to leave the car on the roadside at our own risk. Breakfast was just idli, tasteless sambhar, and coffee that was a bit better. Nothing there would make me want to return. I paid over 4000 for a so-called standard room that was highly priced and felt like a 10x10 cage. The room and service were pathetic. On top of that, the booking couldn't be cancelled or refunded, so once booked, you're stuck. Money completely wasted. I wouldn't book it again even if they gave me the room for free. A strict no from me.

Shiv was a big help, and his service at breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasant place to stay with family, especially if you're planning to spend the days roaming around and want a comfortable alternative to a resort.

The parking area is tiny, with space for just one car, so everyone else has to park on the roadside. Our room was small, and the AC wasn't working. When I complained, the receptionist said all the rooms were like that, then gave us a pedestal fan. We'd booked breakfast, but got only two idli and one vada, with no extra servings. I'd seen a comment saying fruit and bread were served. All in all, a really bad experience.
