Rahul does a lovely job managing housekeeping. The hotel may be older, but the rooms are kept really clean and tidy. The bed and linens felt fresh and were so comfortable. The staff were professional and dependable. Great stay :)

Harendra, who runs the restaurant, was attentive and caring, making sure everyone in our large pilgrimage group had what they needed. The meals were excellent, and do try the masala chai 🙏 We had a good experience at The Imperial Kushinagar hotel.

Shathi and the restaurant staff were excellent, and Shuvojit, the resident manager, was a real asset. Their good service helped me forget some of the hotel's less pleasant features. The AC was noisy, the TV didn't work, and the water heater gave off sparks and light. The hotel feels overrated, and the person meant to be the front office manager was rude and unwelcoming, acting like a military officer. I didn't feel comfortable there at all.

The paneer 65 was especially delicious, and this was the best Indian food we've ever had. We first came just for dinner, liked it so much that we returned the next night, and asked to see the rooms for future visits. They looked stylish, modern, and spotless. Harendra Gupta, the manager, took great care of us and saw to everything we needed.

Satish at the restaurant went out of his way to bring me masala chai late at night and make a dinner to suit my craving for home food. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. The Imperial sets a great example for a three-star hotel. A nice place to stop, and I'd recommend it if you're visiting Kushinagar.
