The food was excellent, with authentic Kerala cuisine, and the kitchen staff were warm and responsive. We also had a nice view from the balcony. But everything else made for a terrible, overpriced stay, and Oyo tricked us with this property. The bathroom's bathtub was cracked and there was no other way to bathe. The toilet flush leaked, switches were loose, some lights didn't work, and there was no air conditioning. Wi-Fi was listed as part of the property but wasn't available. They don't take credit cards either. Breakfast was advertised as free, but we were charged for it. OYO NEVER RESPONDS TO COMPLAINTS, just sends standard template replies. See the photos for more.

The owner was very rude. He said that if you book through Oyo rooms, you're a poor person and will only get what they decide to give you. This was my worst Oyo experience so far. His behaviour made me feel ashamed that I had booked through oyo.
