The food was excellent, as you’d expect in Garhwal, and the kitchen team deserves a mention. The rooftop F&B team, housekeeping and reception staff were all warm and attentive. They also helped us arrange airport transfers, which was really convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for the three of us, a lovely first sign of the hotel’s hospitality. A very pleasant stay, and I’d happily recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

Niraj was attentive and friendly, and his hospitality made the meal feel special. The Veg Crispy Garlic Vegetable was fresh and piping hot, with crunchy vegetables, aromatic garlic and a lively spice kick. The presentation looked vibrant too. Highly recommended if you like crispy Indo-Chinese starters. I’ll visit again for the food and Niraj’s service.

Ankush at the front office was so polite and helpful, and made my stay even nicer. I’m staying at JS Souvenir Hotel in Raniphokhri now, and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. The Suite Room is beautiful, clean and super comfortable, and the atmosphere feels peaceful and classy. Really warm hospitality, thank you! Highly recommend it to everyone around Raniphokhri.

The place is clean, and the food seemed hygienic. It's right by the main road, with room service available. Dehradun airport is only about 2 km away, and you can get a cab there, including at the prepaid counter.

Neeraj made our meal at the Sobeneir Hotel restaurant especially enjoyable. He was warm, polite, and quick to help, and kept checking that things were going well. The food was great too. I really appreciated his effort and would recommend the place for its hospitality.
