The hotel staff were good, and I liked the vibe there. But you can’t reach the hotel by vehicle, so you have to walk there with your luggage. My experience with Tulajapur darshan was the worst. It felt like the whole thing had become a business, and I wouldn’t suggest visiting this city. There’s no proper arrangement for temple visitors, and all the pujari and management seemed focused on making money from visitors.

We stayed one night, and it was a very bad experience. The staff, especially the manager, were rude and uncooperative. He kept telling us to talk to the owner but wouldn’t give us the owner’s phone number. The rooms and bathrooms smelled bad, and some rooms had no windows for fresh air. They gave us only two wool blankets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, with no proper bedsheets. Staff refused to provide white sheets to wrap the blankets.

I’d stayed here before and had a very good experience. This time the service was really poor. I had to ask, or practically beg, several times for a complimentary bottle of water.

The room cost 1500 rs a day, but it was very small and didn’t include breakfast. With breakfast, the price was 1800rs. No one came to clean or even check if we needed anything. There was only one complimentary bottle of water, and they said extra bottles would cost more. I wasn’t happy and won’t stay here again.
