Hotel Vishwamitra

We chose this place after seeing the 3-star rating, but the service didn't come close to what we expected from a 3-star hotel. They didn't provide basic things, and there were loads of ants on the bed. When we were leaving, the lift got stuck, but no one rushed to help us. The receptionist argued with us too. The whole experience was awful.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but the rooms weren't clean for the price. The lift performed poorly, and staff didn't help customers. Their behavior wasn't good either.

The interior is especially nice, and the food was great. There are only a limited number of rooms, so service quality is quite high. As a solo woman traveler, I felt safe, and Rohit and his team were always ready to make my stay comfortable. They even arranged desserts from a local shop late at night and a bottle of hair oil when I asked. The room, washroom, facilities, and service all helped make the stay memorable. The staff were cooperative, and I give the property a thumbs up.

I booked after looking at the photos on the site, but the toilet was dirty, with cockroaches, and its doors showed wear and tear. There was nowhere in my room to keep clothes. The site listed a restaurant, but it was closed. Breakfast took almost an hour to arrive, and they started the heater very late, so we reached Ambajogai late. My driver was surprised we'd picked this hotel and said it could shut down any time. I don't recommend it at all.
