A very bad experience. The food wasn't good, and management behaved badly. As soon as we entered the hotel, they started demanding that we deposit all the money.

During my stay last week on 1july, a staff member knocked on my door late at night asking for water. It left me feeling unsafe and uneasy, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were spacious, with big washrooms and good amenities for comfort. Staff were courteous and cooperative, and room service was quick and smooth. The food was good too. It's a lovely location near the airport and main bazaar. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff. Cheers! :)

You definitely pay extra for the location. It’s close to both the market and Ghoda Chouk, which works well for tourists and marathon runners, and the rooms are nice. But the staff were stubborn and sometimes arrogant, hot water was hard to get, and the Wi-Fi was garbage. They also lied to my face.

The staff were good, and the rooms had plenty of space. But our sheets and covers were dirty, with hair all over them. There were no slippers in the room, and we couldn’t get hot water in the freezing weather.
