Ranveer deserves a special thank you for taking such care with our oil free meal preferences. The bonfire evenings under the Himalayan sky were magical, and Leo, the owner’s delightful dog, added a sweet, joyful touch by warmly interacting with guests. Mr Padma Wangail’s vision has shaped this tranquil place. Whenever he saw guests, he greeted us with a gentle smile and a warm, gracious manner that put us at ease. His quiet, grounded presence reflects the peaceful spirit of Lord Buddha’s blissful land, and the property feels thoughtfully integrated with the mountains. Thinlas Norboo, the General Manager, is a remarkable leader. His dignity, calmness, and attentiveness set the tone, and the thoughtful oversight shows in the smooth service and staff interactions. He creates an atmosphere where guests feel cared for naturally. His courtesy and sincerity make hospitality feel personal, and the team’s warmth and professionalism reflect the culture he has built. Tenzin also deserves heartfelt appreciation. His intuitive, thoughtful approach makes guests feel valued, and he seems to anticipate what would make them comfortable. Special appreciation as well to Nubu for skilled, steady driving across Ladakh’s terrain, and to Mr. Ravi for keeping operations smooth. Zen Ladakh reflects refined leadership and heartfelt hospitality.

The mountain setting made for a peaceful, relaxing stay at Hotel Zen Ladakh. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were warm, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, while the food was delicious, varied, and well prepared. It was a memorable visit, and I’d happily come back. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leh.

The rooms were hygienic and the buffet had plenty of tasty food and variety. Reception was friendly, and no employee at Zen Ladakh Hotel came across as arrogant. Housekeeping was great too; whatever you need is just a phone call away. Mr Ravi kant, the Operational Manager, led the facilities very well. He’s humble, cooperative, and understands exactly what guests need. I had a wonderful stay at Ladakh with fantastic hospitality.
