We were a bachelor group staying for one night and two days, and paid 1400/- per person including breakfast. The food was tasty, portions were generous for the price, and the overall cost for food, the hotel and everything else felt reasonable. Our room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the amenities were decent for what we paid. There are a few things they should improve. The walls in every room had dampness, the lighting needs to be brighter, and both the pool and children’s play area should be kept cleaner. They should also arrange transport, perhaps a two wheeler, since the hotel is 2.4KM from the railway station and not everyone will want to walk.

The rooms had a strong damp and fungus problem. Every room I checked had moisture on the walls and ceiling, and the smell was strange. I even found fungus on a pillow. I had to choose from four or five rooms during check-in, after the reception manager offered that choice, but they all had the same problem. I’d booked this executive room at the last minute for the next day after my travel plans were extended, and had already paid close to 4K. When I asked to cancel, the manager said he couldn’t do anything and that I could complain to anyone I wanted. He told me to pick one of the rooms. I contacted Agoda too, but support said to deal with the hotel. I was left stranded without another option.

The rooms smelled bad and had patchwork all over, with no repainting or proper repairs. They were being handed out without even basic facilities. The hotel staff and management were terrible, and the Aureole team’s behavior was appalling. We had booked in advance, but on arrival they gave us awful rooms with poor interiors. I cancelled and asked for a refund. First they said it would come that evening, then they pushed it to the morning, saying staff weren’t available because it was Diwali. After repeated follow-ups, Mr. Jai thakkar from hotel management said they would not refund the money and demoid the booking with them. They also asked for a higher amount on arrival even though the deal had been made at a different price. This was a very bad experience. Avoid booking here, or you’ll burn your hard earned money.

The floor stayed damp and wet during our family stay, and water leaked all over the bathroom. They moved us to another room later, but it was much the same: smelly, damp and unhygienic. The rooms were poorly maintained, the linens didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom was dirty. Even the carrom board was completely worn out and unusable. For the price, we expected at least basic comfort and hygiene, but the stay was a complete letdown. I’d strongly advise looking for a cleaner place nearby.
