The service was terrible and this was my worst experience. The rooms weren't clean, the washroom had no lights, and the TV didn't work. Staff weren't dressed properly. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was left alone on the road with nowhere to go after the owner, Mr Ashok Gupta, said, "apni booking cancel kar do I am returning ur money." I had booked through booking .com and called him well in advance to confirm the property and services, but I was fooled. As a female traveler on my own, this was a huge loss and a horrible situation. The place had no electricity, backup, or internet at all. What they show and write on their site is all bullshit. Don't waste your time booking here.

I've had one of the worst experiences of my life, and the hotel showed no consideration for my family. The rooms were filthy and terrible quality, with dust settled everywhere. We wiped it with baby wipes and it kept settling again, while under the bed looked like the cleaner had forgotten it, full of dirt and dust. There was a baby Cockroach in the room too. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed, and needs to assess how to improve general cleanliness. The TV and AC didn't work, only two of the four ceiling lights worked, and there was no hot water in the shower. I could write more, but it feels like a waste of time.

The photos look nothing like the real ambience, and the rooms were dirty. Our AC didn't work properly, service was miserable, and there wasn't even a water jug in the room. At night the power went out and there was no backup, not even for the fan, so we stayed awake sweating all night. Better to take a non-AC room elsewhere where at least the fan works. They took full payment in advance, then wouldn't listen to our problems, and the owner stopped answering calls after getting paid. Worst hotel ever.
