Ferreira Resort

The staff were kind, which was the one bright spot, but the resort itself was in really poor shape. My room felt very old and badly kept, the toilet was awful, and the flush was rusted through. The shower was broken and held together with a plastic bag, and the doors wouldn't shut properly either. I had a very disappointing stay at Ferreira Resort, Lonavala.

I paid after booking through Goibibo in front of the owner, but they still wouldn't let me stay because the booking had a name error. The owner only told me to contact Goibibo and didn't help. I never got my money back. Bad service.

Loved this hotel. A really good choice for a 2 to 3 day stay, with one single bed and one king-size bed.

The reception team made this place stand out for me. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and so helpful. One staff member, whose name I regret not asking, even helped plan our whole trip and suggested some unusual, fascinating places we wouldn't have found on our own. It's also close to the railway station, markets, and other attractions, yet the area around the property stays quiet and peaceful. The building is quite old, and the rooms feel dated with no recent refurbishment, but the service and location still made it a five-star experience for me.
