I was in town for a friend's wedding and ended up staying here. The rooms looked neat in the photos online, but when we arrived they felt tiny and not very clean. It's clearly an old hotel. If you need a budget option, you could consider it, but I wouldn't suggest it for anyone especially concerned about hygiene. The washroom is very small, and I worry kids could get infections there. We arrived at midnight, and the staff were genuinely sweet about giving us the key. They didn't seem annoyed or tired at all. The rooms are clean enough aside from the age and small washrooms, so it may suit you if you're okay with that. It's on the Main Road, handy for shopping, and Jain visitors may like that a gym temple is right next door. The highway is nearby, transport isn't a problem, and autorickshaws are available outside. There's also a fruit shop, snacks, and chai and coffee stuff.

The game zone was fun, particularly for families, and the market nearby makes getting around and shopping convenient. Bathrooms are a little cramped but manageable. I didn't try the food or room service, so can't comment on those.

Rooms and room service were good, and the food was tasty at pocket friendly prices. The hotel sits between Lonavala city and Kalra caves, about 1 km from Lonavala city. It's centrally located, with all the sightseeing spots easy to reach, so it's a good base for a Lonavala visit.

The room and bathroom both smelled bad, and the service was poor. I asked for hot water but was given very cold water. The location is unpleasant too, right beside the expressway with lots of noise and no scenic view. I wouldn't choose this for an enjoyable holiday.

We were traveling with Jariwala Holidays Tours from Ahmedabad (Paldi), and the arrangements fell well short of what we expected. Staff were rude and intolerable. The bathroom and bedroom weren't clean, the shower didn't work, and there was no hot water after morning hours. Very disappointing.
