We had booked one Executive room with breakfast for three people for January 6-7 through the MMT website. After speaking with Mr. Sameer, Mr. Rajkumar kindly granted our request and upgraded the room. The whole team was courteous and well-mannered, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Everyone handled their duties in an orderly way and took great care of us from arrival. Breakfast was so tasty we enjoyed every bite. The hotel's lovely ambience made us reluctant to check out, though work meant we had to leave. We've decided to come back with family next time. It's a wonderful place for families and friends, and we'll definitely recommend it to others.

Get any deal with Sameer in writing. He asks for money for unnecessary things, makes promises about services, then doesn't stand by what he said and changes his story later. He was extremely arrogant and showed no respect for customers, and he can ruin your wedding experience. I just held my wedding at this venue. The place itself wasn't that impressive, and there was hardly any service. They should also stop deleting genuine customer reviews. They're based on real experiences, meant to point out problems and help improve service. Removing them instead of addressing the concerns shows no accountability. Respect your customers' voices and have some shame.

Mr. Karan Singh handled the food arrangements, and he was humble and gave us the best service. We're Jains, and the team took note of that and prepared the whole menu in Jain style. We were truly touched by their hospitality. I came with my Mom, who was in awe of the place. The rooms, location, staff, and food were all really good, and the weekend felt so peaceful. It's a must-visit for families, cousins, friends, or couples. If you're looking for a good vacation next time, Hotel Gautam, Lonavala should be on your list. 😀😀

Every property has room to improve, and I'd suggest bringing catering and décor costs down a little. Apart from that, the staff's attitude made our wedding days smooth and memorable. I booked the hotel for two days for my own wedding, with a pure Rajasthani theme, so I saw the place and team closely during an important event. A big thank you to housekeeping, especially Ganesh Ogle, for all the help during our stay. At reception, Aditya, Rajkumar, and Ashwini stayed polite and responsive through all the wedding running around. The security team and restaurant staff were supportive too, as were Raju sir and Kailas sir. Last but definitely not least, Sameer Arekar was genuinely one of the most cooperative and dependable people we dealt with.
