Montana Mist By Stellar Stays

The rooms were spacious and the amenities decent, but the stay was badly managed. Lunch came at 3, tea at 6, snacks at 7, and barbecue at 9. By the time we got cold soup and dinner it was 11, then breakfast was delayed until 10 even though checkout was at 11. The staff member on duty was rude and cursed at us, and we were told to wash our own plates and cups because they were short staffed. The coordinator was polite and acknowledged the problems, but still insisted on full payment. We won't book villas like this again, with so little accountability.

The management was rude and argued with guests over extra money, even threatening to leave us if we didn't pay. The AC didn't work properly, the room wasn't clean, and the villa's outdoor area was not cleaned properly either. The food was third class. I would tell people to stay away.

We had plenty of space in the rooms and the amenities were good, but management was awful. Lunch arrived at 3, tea at 6, snacks at 7, barbecue at 9, and then cold soup and dinner at 11. Breakfast was at 10, with checkout due at 11. The staff member cursed at us and expected us to wash our plates and cups before we could eat. The coordinator was polite and admitted there were problems, but still asked us to pay the full amount despite all the mismanagement. We decided not to book villas like this again.

The floors were dangerously slippery, and the rooms weren't very clean. The ACs also didn't work properly.
