We lost the whole day waiting for housekeeping and repairs, and the A/C still wasn't working when we returned in the evening. They had asked us to leave the keys in the lock while we went out so they could fix it. Earlier, we waited an hour and a half in the sun to check in because their team had miscommunicated. When someone finally arrived, he didn't know the security key, and it took countless calls before the door was opened. Inside, we found a broken table, missing curtains, no hot water, poor tube lights, and broken switches. They blamed us for the table even though we'd just checked in. They'd called me at least 20 times the previous day to confirm, yet services weren't fully running until 2 pm. We'd also told them senior citizens were with us. They need to improve their service and take responsibility.

The stay was good overall, but there are a few things to improve. We waited outside nearly half an hour because the padlock key was delayed by 30 minutes, which pushed back check-in. We had water trouble twice, though both times it was sorted within 20 minutes. The amenities provided also didn't match the number of guests.

The villa itself was good and clean, but there was no reliable electricity, and the TV, fridge, A/C, and fans weren't working. Even the door was broken. We waited about two hours just to check in. The worst experience ever. If you want to waste your money, go ahead. This service deserves zero stars, or even less if that were an option.

The pool was nice, and they even had a BBQ stove for us. The place itself is a little old, but it came with all the things we needed.
