We were eight friends staying for two days. The caretaker came quickly when I called, the large pool was a lot of fun, and the villa was worth the money. It was clean throughout, with spacious rooms, clean linens, keyed wardrobes, and tidy washrooms with round-the-clock gyser and a good shower. Each person got a towel. The rooms had lights, fans, and AC, and the mountain view from the Terrence and one room's balcony was beautiful. The kitchen had a fridge, induction, microwave oven, and water purifier. I was a little disappointed that there were no fry pans or spatulas, since we like to cook, but otherwise it was excellent. I'd suggest booking this villa when you're in Lonavala.

Even after checking with the manager repeatedly since booking, and coordinating with the property a week before, the day before, and an hour before our visit, we were told on arrival that there was no confirmed booking. The owner stopped answering once we got there, and the caretakers had no idea what to do. Calling this place badly managed is putting it mildly. Avoid it. Even without staying, the location looked terrible. The common pool was beside an abandoned building, and construction sites surrounded the property.
The place is isolated on the outskirts, behind a garage, with nothing nearby and a poor location. The pool isn't private to your villa; it's a very small shared pool for all the villas. If you have a problem, there's nobody to listen apart from the security guard and one other person, and complaints still won't get fixed even after checkout. Oyo's service was poor too. Pathetic, disgusting service.
The main problems were cleanliness and room service. The room was filthy, and neither the property caption nor the owner would deal with the issues. We got only one towel for three days, and they kept refusing, saying the laundry wasn't coming. The place is still under development, there was no caretaker, and the watchman and cleaners weren't willing to help. Even OYO's helpline was no use when I called, so I wouldn't trust them or book here. Use another booking site.
The villa was in terrible shape, and the photos on Google gave a very misleading impression. There was a bad smell as soon as we walked in. Rain came through a window and soaked the stairs; towels had been left there to catch the water, with nobody around to mop it up. The bathrooms looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. At first there was no water from the taps, and we had to call the caretaker to get access to it. The supply stayed unreliable throughout our visit, and none of the bathrooms had buckets. We called OYO and the caretaker several times to ask for cleaning. They said someone would come, but nobody showed up. The kitchen was just as neglected. OYO had told us it would have plates, spoons, glasses and bowls, but the drawers held dirty, bent plates and three stained glasses that looked ancient. The fridge was usable, though one shelf had fungus on it, and oil was splattered on the wall above the counter. The dining table shown in the Google photos wasn't there; only three chairs were, and one didn't match the others. When we later told the caretaker there were no plates or spoons, he offered to fetch them. We said yes, but he never came back with either. It was a waste of money, with irresponsible owners and no reassurance from OYO. Don't book this place.
