The Majestic Villa by 23 VillaStay - Private Pool & Garden

The location is awful, and getting there is a challenge. The pool wasn't clean, and the place had a very negative vibe for me, especially with a crematorium nearby. There's an irritating cat that lives there, and people complain if you make noise. Jai Shree Ram

The villa was so unpleasant that we even planned a trip to imagica the next day just to clear our heads. The hygiene was terrible: cockroaches were in the hall and throughout the kitchen, and I spotted a big frog in the shared toilet. Crockery was scarce, with too few glasses and spoons. Breakfast was restricted too, with only 100gms each of butter and jam. By day two we were fed up and insisted they get more jam from outside. There was just one AC remote shared by two rooms, and soap had been left in only one of the four rooms. When we asked for soap, Mr.Pandu rudely said, "maine saabu rakha tha" and refused to give us any. The next day my father in law got angry and told him to check our bags if he thought we were lying. He checked the bathrooms upstairs and only then provided soap. We were extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the villa. I wish I could give these people a negative rating. Mr. Pandu needs to learn how to treat guests.

The pool was so nice and well maintained that we never wanted to get out! The villa looked just like the photos, and big thanks to Adnan and his team for arranging everything we needed. The in-house food menu was delicious and I'd recommend it. The road in is rough, though. There are also two turkeys nearby that fly in and out of the villa. They can be noisy and a little aggressive. We'll definitely come back soon. It felt like a perfect home away from home.

The caretaker was helpful and cooperative, and there's plenty of parking. This is a beautiful, well maintained 4BHK villa surrounded by mountains. The hall and bedrooms are roomy, with an attached bathroom in every room plus another in the hall. The garden and swimming pool are well maintained too. The last 200m from the main road is rough.
