The bathroom taps were in bad shape. Using them made water spill from the shower fitting in the false ceiling onto our heads. Breakfast was just as poorly handled: the tea arrived in tiny cups and had gone cold while we were halfway through the parathas. There wasn't enough curd, and no pickle was included. When we asked for pickle, they said they could arrange it for an extra charge. We also had to wait for sugar and spoons. The sugar came in a tea sachet after we'd finished one paratha, and the spoons arrived ten minutes later. We checked in at noon on December 5, 2025, for one night. Breakfast was offered the next morning as two aloo parathas, 100 grams of curd, and two cups of tea per guest. The administration felt very poor, and the way staff spoke to customers was neither polite nor responsible.

The pillowcases were untidy, and the rooms hadn't been properly maintained. At the front desk, the receptionist argued with us because one guest didn't have a hard copy of their ID and showed little understanding of customer service. It was a very unpleasant stay.

I stayed by myself for several days and felt safe as a woman travelling alone. The rooms are modest, but clean and good enough for a normal stay, and the staff were helpful and behaved well. It's very close to Charbagh railway station and Charbagh metro station, so it's a good option in Lucknow.

The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, though the hotel could improve a few things. There's no night light, and checkout is after just 12 hours rather than 24.
