I've been coming here regularly for four years, and Utkarsh has given me the best service I've had so far. He's courteous, keeps everything clean, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, and the manager was good to deal with. The staff were welcoming and helpful the whole time we were there.

I left without staying, and luckily hadn’t paid the online booking amount. When I arrived, someone wanted another ₹600 on top of the ₹500 I had booked for. They said the room would cost ₹1200, which seems far too much for this kind of hotel, especially given how far away it is. It’s nowhere near Phenix Mall, despite using that in the name. They seem to list rooms online to draw people in, then ask for extra money once they arrive, when finding somewhere else may be difficult. Be alert and don’t book this hotel online.

I gave one star only because there was no zero-star option. We had booked through agoda and left without checking in because the person at reception behaved badly and demanded more money. He claimed agoda wouldn’t pay them and asked for three times what I’d already paid agoda. The room and bathroom looked so bad I wouldn’t have stayed a minute. This was a waste of money, and I’d never recommend booking this hotel.
