The buffet was nice, though I wish there had been more variety. We especially enjoyed the Zolocrust pizza, and the food was awesome. Ms. Pooja gave us a warm welcome at reception, and room service and housekeeping were quick and friendly. Mr. Ahmad was helpful when we checked out. All in all, a comfortable, pleasant stay. The location was the best part, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread too. I was unsure about staying at Clark’s Awadh because I’d heard the property was old, and it was my first time in Lucknow this January. But the friendly, polite staff and their hospitality won me over. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms and amenities were clean and spacious.

Ms. Pooja at the Front Desk made my visit especially enjoyable. She was courteous, professional, and ready to help with everything, from check-in to the little requests that came up. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a commendable standard of service and ambience. I had a wonderful stay at Clarks Awadh, Lucknow, and would recommend it to people visiting Lucknow.

Ms. Shipra served the food properly, and the traditional dishes were worth trying. The Galauti Kabab was soft and full of flavor, just melted in my mouth. The Biryani was fragrant, nicely cooked, and tasted authentically Awadhi. A good visit for anyone who enjoys traditional food at Clark Awadh.

There was a wedding last night, and the music kept going until 1:00 AM. I had a fever and couldn't sleep, even after telling the staff again and again. Loud music after 10:00 PM causes serious trouble for other guests, so please take care of this. The welcome was very nice, though, and the hotel staff were very good. Everything was neat and clean, and the food was excellent.
