After riding 350 kms, I didn't even check in. I'd prebooked two days through OYO, but ended up looking for another hotel. The room was in a terrible state, with stains everywhere, dirty curtains, a very poor bed and mattress, and bad furniture and windows. There was no parking either. They told me to leave the bike on the road and called that parking, despite listing parking as available on the website. Liars.

The staff don't know how to treat guests and seemed to be trying to fool us. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay at this worst hotel.

Even with the full amount paid, the hotel wouldn't accept the booking. We had to find somewhere else in the middle of the night. Worst hotel.

Even after Oyo called to confirm, they said they wouldn't take a paid booking. Why accept bookings at all? There was only one person serving everyone, so they didn't have enough staff either. Oyo and other online services should boycott them. Worst service and staff.
