At checkout, staff asked me to leave a Google review and even submitted a five-star review themselves. That felt very unprofessional. I’m editing this after leaving because the stay was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless it makes major improvements. The room door lock didn’t work, which was inconvenient and felt unsafe. Water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low, and neither the flush nor the water sprinkler worked properly. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor, and the place needs proper maintenance.

The staff were very good, but so many things weren’t working. The AC didn’t cool, the fan and lift were out of order, and power cuts happened often, sometimes leaving us without electricity for over 30 minutes. The gate lock was in very bad shape, and the TV hadn’t been recharged. They need to maintain the rooms and services properly. Don’t just spend on constructing the hotel, put money into fixing it too.

The location was convenient, and I had no trouble finding the hotel on the map. Food and the other services were up to the mark. The whole team was down to earth, soft-spoken, and dedicated, and I had a peaceful stay while enjoying their hospitality. Super Collection O is a property I’d suggest for corporates, families, and friends.
