There was a comfortable bed and blanket, and the AC worked, but the room was missing towels and soap and had a dirty dustbin. Staff also wanted payment every day, which was a hassle for a stay longer than one day. They wouldn't help our foreign friend because they said they lacked the required forms, and told them to use the outhouse during a toilet emergency. I only stayed because I was short on time to find another room and needed to stick to my budget. The basics were there, but don't expect a friendly welcome. Consider this place only if you need a budget option.

We left in under four hours. The place still seemed to be under construction, and the AC wasn't working properly. They also didn't provide water. On top of that, the staff argued with us about charges we'd already prepaid through MMT and refused to check us in. It was worse than I would have expected from a dormitory. I'm concerned that Oyo and MMT are associated with a place like this.

The room was a decent size, but there was no hot water in the bathroom. We only got tea from the hotel restaurant, and every time we needed room service we had to follow up.

We got there at 10 pm and the kitchen was already closed, so thank goodness for zomato. We were only there for one night, though, and had a great experience. It's family friendly, the hotel is good, and the staff were helpful.

The service was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. It wasn't worth it. Stay at your own risk.
