FabHotel Trijal Inn

We booked two rooms five days ahead and reached at 4:30 PM after a tiring road trip with my 83-year-old father and 7-year-old daughter. The rooms still weren’t ready, so we waited 90 minutes. When I pointed out that our booking began at 11:00 AM, staff claimed they’d only received the confirmation after we arrived. Owner Mr. Brijesh defended the delay and blamed me for booking through Agoda instead of apologizing or showing concern. I also saw the receptionist use the same rude excuse while arguing with a guest who had booked through MakeMyTrip. The problems didn’t stop once we got the keys. Although the voucher said parking was available, staff wouldn’t open the gate, so we had to leave the car on an unsafe public road. The rooms had no working geysers for hot water. Tea and coffee were listed as complimentary, but we were charged for them, and the next morning staff refused a simple request for toothpaste. At departure, another car blocked ours in the parking area. Dhruv, who was on duty, argued aggressively and wouldn’t help find the other driver. He again said the whole problem was my fault for using Agoda. They moved the car only after I threatened legal action over the paid services they hadn’t provided and the rude treatment. This was a distressing stay that ruined the rest my family needed. The hotel’s attitude felt arrogant, with customers blamed for its failures and third-party bookings treated with contempt. I’d avoid it if you want professional service or a restful stay.
