Fairfield By Marriott Lucknow

The breakfast team made my six-day stay at Fairfield Inn Lucknow feel easy and welcoming. Maître d’ Abhinav greeted me with a smile each morning, and Head Chef Rajan Thakur and Chef Safaul Ansari prepared special breakfasts with my dietary restrictions in mind. The meals were carefully presented and the quality and attention meant a lot to me. Omkar and the housekeeping team were consistently thoughtful, while Housekeeping Manager Dan Bahadur Yadav helped keep everything running smoothly. The staff's professionalism and warmth stood out throughout my stay. I'd happily recommend Fairfield Inn Lucknow and hope to come back.

My husband and I ended up staying 15 days at Fairfield Mariott Lucknow and decided not to visit other cities because we liked the hotel's atmosphere so much. The GM checked in with us from time to time and asked how the stay was going, and was very nice. We were welcomed at the entrance and reception, where Ishaan, Puja, and Tanishq were lovely. Housekeeping was helpful too. The dining room food was excellent, and the team would get dishes made to suit your taste. Shalu greeted us with a smile, and Arun, Keshab, and Vaishnav took good care of us. Ajit and Farhan brought whatever we wanted, and Ravi and the girls in the restaurant also helped with our food requests. The property is big and in a beautiful location.

The hotel's location is great, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was attentive and quick, and breakfast had lots of choice with welcoming staff and excellent service. Pooja came over to say hello, which made us feel welcome. The breakfast team were all wonderful, especially Prem and the gentleman making fresh egg parathas with the distinctive mustache 😀. Those little touches made us feel at home. Keep it up, I'd recommend this place.

My family and I went to this Marriott property in Lucknow for dinner on my birthday, 24 January, expecting a five-star experience. Instead, it was one of the most disappointing meals I've had, and it spoiled the mood for all of us. The portions of the starters were very small, the food was bland, and both the quality and quantity were poor. The overall spread didn't match the price or the Marriott name. Staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, and there was little attention to guest satisfaction even though they knew it was a birthday celebration. A birthday comes once a year, so this was particularly upsetting. I hope senior management takes this seriously and improves the food and service. This wasn't what I expected from a five-star hotel.
