Both times I’ve been to GP Palace for professional training sessions have been wonderful. It has a welcoming feel and works well for events. The staff were polite, supportive and cooperative throughout the day. The catering deserves a special mention, the food was really tasty and fresh. I’d recommend it for corporate gatherings, banquets or a stay in Lucknow.

I was blown away by the service and quality. The room was spotless and really spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for. Don’t listen to the other Google reviews, trust me, this is a solid 5-star property. If you want a top-notch stay, this is the place. Highly recommend 🤩😊

The hotel has good infrastructure, but the service just isn’t there. There were torn bedsheets, dirty toiletries, and even a mouse in the rooms. Cleanliness was basically zero, and staff were slow to respond. Please read the other reviews too and look at other options.

Rats in the rooms and serious cleanliness problems made this a very disappointing stay. The hotel was in extremely poor condition, and the staff were unprofessional and discourteous. I’d strongly advise against booking here.
