It’s right near the center, which is a plus, but the rest felt pretty ordinary. Rooms have basic amenities, and the service is much the same. The price didn’t feel very reasonable for what you get.

The in-house kitchen is very good, and the place is well maintained. It’s also close to the railway station. A nice stay, and I’d recommend it for families or couples visiting Lucknow.

The taps in the washroom weren’t working properly, and there was no Wi-Fi or toiletries. They also charged me for a water bottle. I’d booked a deluxe room but was given a really poor one. On top of that, the location shown on both Google Maps and MMT is wrong. Take a look at the photos I added before booking.

At checkout they made me pay another ₹2880, after I’d already paid ₹1880 online through flipkart/clear trip. When I arrived, they said that booking was canceled and non-authentic, and left me waiting outside for an hour before giving me a room. Book at your own risk, they might scam you this way too.

They advertise the room at ₹1000 a day, but when you get there they deny you check-in and demand more than ₹2800 on top of the prepaid amount. That brings the room total to ₹3800. Huge profit-making corruption going on here. 😡😡
