Hotel Ecotel

The location near Charbagh is convenient, but the customer service was terrible. The front desk was unhelpful, and Mr. Nishanth srivasthav was rude. There’s no sense of guest relations here, and nobody seemed to care about our concerns or comfort. They need basic hospitality skills. I had a very disappointing stay, and would strongly recommend saving your money for a place that values its guests.

Breakfast was good, with puri sabzi, chai and omelette, and Shivam Singh served it promptly and well. The location near Lucknow railway station is the main plus. The room seemed nicely done, though I didn’t understand the glass bathroom setup, especially for families. It might suit couples better. The beds could be more comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't quite up to the mark, but the hotel itself has a nice ambience. Rooms are very good and clean, and the staff are very good too. It's only about 500 -600 meters from Lucknow NE round about and very near Lucknow railway station. A clean, hygienic place by the station, and a good choice for bringing your family to stay.

The area around the hotel is congested and unclean, with a bad smell at times. They should at least look after the area right in front. Inside, though, things were well kept, and the interiors in the rooms, corridors, and reception are nicely done. It’s in Charbagh near the bus stand, about a 10-minute walk from Lucknow station, Lucknow Junction Station and Charbagh Metro station. Rooms are spacious and clean, with basic amenities, a chest, tea maker and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant beside reception on the ground floor serves veg and nong veg food. The buffet breakfast has a good spread, and the food is tasty and good quality. Hot water in the toilet wasn’t available 24×7. I could get it only in the morning.
