Hotel Kesar Inn, Lucknow took full payment when I checked in without clearly explaining the terms. Later, they said it covered only a “half-day charge” and asked for more money if I wanted to stay on. I had to check out early, which caused a lot of avoidable stress and inconvenience. The way this was handled felt misleading, almost like a scam. The management seemed unprofessional and not honest. Staff weren't cooperative, and they argued instead of trying to sort things out. I found the lack of transparency and respect for customers extremely frustrating. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. There are more trustworthy places in Lucknow.

Our rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel was handy for both Helsinki's central area and the train station. I just wish we'd had more than one night there before carrying on to other parts of Finland.

Terrible stay. The rooms are available behind the hotel, there was no kitchen staff, and the blankets were dirty. Don't stay here.

The rooms are decent, but the staff were unprofessional. I left my key at the front desk and asked the manager to have my room cleaned. When I got back, they'd given the room to new guests with my luggage still inside. Thankfully, they hadn't touched my things. I waited half an hour and then got a smaller room. A horrible experience.
