Hotel Ranbirs

The food was average, and the rooms and lighting felt more like a cheap two-star place. Basic things such as a smart TV and hair dryer were missing. Rude, drunk guests disturbed our privacy and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. There was no senior staff member available apart from the receptionist to deal with our issues. I had a very bad experience and won't come back. Not recommended. ❌🏨

I came here recently for a child's Mundan and birthday party. The food service was good and affordable, and the service was good too. Parking is limited, though, with space for only about 10-12 cars.

The decor, including the standee, was incomplete and below what had been promised in our final discussion and shown in the reference pictures. We had been assured before our engagement that these details would be ready. The white decor made the dirty spots on the stage cloth and engagement couch especially noticeable, and the LED candles were missing, as if the setup had been rushed. We called several times but got no proper response, and the problems weren't fixed. The receptionist cum manager who had been speaking with us stopped answering. Management was very average in every respect, and we told the staff we weren't satisfied with the decor. For the price we paid, the service was very average. I wouldn't recommend this venue.

Even if you tell them within a day or two of booking that something unfortunate has happened, they won't refund your party booking payment. I can understand that to some extent, but they won't apply the amount toward a future party booking either.
